Original drawing in pencil and black and sepia wash on thin laid antique paper. Signed in sepia ink, lower left. Webster concentrated on the light and shadow on the architecture, and the movement of the crowd in the narrow street by the canal. In an antique gold frame.

A good impression with good color, printed on laid paper with full margins. In good condition aside from an almost indiscernible light discoloration from a previous mat opening and some wrinkling in the outer areas of the margins.

Oil on heavy board, c.1935. Signed in black, lower right. In a bronze colored frame from the period, size: 15-1/4 x 18-1/2 in. Probably a scene from the area surrounding Woodstock, New York, where Woiceske maintained a home and studio from 1925 until his death in 1953.
