Edith NankivellNankivell was born in New York City in 1896 and learned a great deal about art and etching from her father, Frank Nankivell, a prominent
Australian artist. She specialized in architectural etchings, especially bridges and public buildings. Nankivell did some excellent
work when combining aquatint and etching to produce works such as, "New York at Night," "Bryant Park, NYC," and "Midsummer Evening."
