Syd BrowneSyd Browne was born in Delaware county, New York state and is noted as a painter and graphic artist. He studied at the Art Students League with Eric Pape. Browne was a member of the Brooklyn Society of American Etchers, the Southern Printmakers, the Salmagundi Club, and the New York Watercolor Club. Browne's works have been exhibited at the World's Fair in New York, 1939, the Paris Exposition in 1937, and the Art Institute of Chicago in 1938.
